Position Overview:
As a Web and Interactive application developer you will use your Flash, ActionScript and HTML 5 coding
skills to help our creative team deliver pixel perfect,interactive applications for in-store advertising and promotions such as menuboards.
You will work in a collaborative team oriented creative studio which is fast paced and deadline oriented. You will like detail oriented work and be an experienced coder with an eye for continuous improvement and automation.
This position is based in our Toronto office.
Position Responsibilities:
- Produce digital solutions for CDN clients using Flash, ActionScript, HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, Drupal, PHP, and MVC
- Communicate your ideas to both clients and team members to improve our product.
- Have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and ability to work quickly
- Possess exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Be able to both work independently with minimal supervision and within a larger team
Education and Experience:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent training and experience
- Experience using GIT/BitBucket
- Experience with digital signage, developing mobile applications, developing Kinect applications, are all advantageous
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud software
- Must have experience working with Flash, ActionScript, HTML 5, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON,
- jQuery, Drupal, Code Ignitor
Compensation:
This is a 4-6 month contract role. Hourly rate to be determined based on skill set and experience.
