Job Description

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of productivity improvement projects, coordinating with other departments to achieve optimal use of organizational resources, maintenance, quality, safety, as well as training and continuous improvement within the production area. You will also participate in manufacturing excellence initiatives. The Production Supervisor will provide direction and leadership to employees in a unionized environment.
To become the successful candidate, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years unionized experience in the automotive industry, excellent leadership skills and organizational skills. You must also have strong problem-solving and judgment skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple issues in a fast paced work environment. Outstanding analytical and communication skills are a must. Must be available to work shifts.
