Job Description

Responsibilities:
The successful experienced Client Care Specialist will be the front line to client support inquiries, interacting with them via telephone and email.  You will be responsible for ensuring clients have an excellent overall experience.  You will be responsible for building rapport, and assisting clients with product orders, answering their questions and providing prompt resolution to any requests. You will interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.  You will be responsible for determining the client's needs, offering solutions and/or providing follow-up

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years client care/customer service experience. 
  • You must have exemplary interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 
  • You will excel in organizational skills and the adaptability and ability to work efficiently under pressure.  
  • You will have the natural gift of time-management. 
  • You will have an outgoing, proactive, responsive nature and the motivation to provide exceptional service.
  • You will be highly motivated, energetic and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with meticulous attention to detail. 
  • The ability to multitask with multiple systems while interacting with clients will be required. 
  • Proficient with day to day software applications is a necessity
