In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Hardie Industrial Services Inc. is seeking an empowering, collaborative, results-oriented Operations Manager – Electrical Services to lead, motivate, plan, guide, and implement the operational strategic direction of this growing organization based in London, Ontario.

Reporting to the President, this authentic, integrity-based, energetic leader will evaluate current operational business strategies, determine the viability of change management initiatives, and develop a long-term operational plan with clear and concise goals and objectives that align with Hardie’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

Maintaining Hardie’s recognized commitment to Health and Safety, the Operations Manager - Electrical Services will ensure that all employees are following health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations by way of steadfast example. In addition, this senior leader will provide support, coaching, encouragement, and direction to employees while fostering a results-driven, high performance work environment where ideas are shared and departments work together to achieve organizational goals. The Operations Manager - Electrical Services will also be accountable for the development and control of budgets, project costing oversight, performance metrics, and long-term financial plans while striving to ensure high employee morale and engagement.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, the successful candidate will possess a relevant post-secondary education in Business (BA or MBA) or Project Management (PMP designation), complemented with a strong electrical background and the ability to embrace technological best practices. This forward-thinking, visionary leader will have 10+ years progressive experience in a senior operational leadership role with a track-record coaching and developing management-level employees to higher levels of performance. In addition, the successful candidate will bring in-depth knowledge and hands on experience with fiscal/budgetary management, including project profitability oversight and project costing. As a brilliant relationship-builder, this senior leader will use their excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to develop trusting relationships with internal employees, business partners, and external customers.
