Collaboration is key—you’ll liaise with internal teams, external partners, and Toronto’s top vendors to deliver seamless events. You’ll also provide first-line support for AV/IT systems and office equipment, keeping our space running smoothly and efficiently. Monitoring and maintaining the facility will be part of your daily routine, as you proactively address any needs and prepare regular reports on space utilization, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
What You’ll Bring
Our ideal candidate holds a post-secondary degree or diploma in hospitality, business administration, event management, or a related field, with a university degree preferred. You have at least five years of experience in event and program management, hospitality services, or client services in a hotel, special event, or conference environment. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are a must, along with advanced organizational and scheduling abilities and a keen attention to detail. You’re tech-savvy, able to troubleshoot AV/IT systems, and you communicate clearly and professionally. You’re a proven self-starter with incredible initiative, and you make wise use of time and resources.
