Agilus is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives - in Waterloo, ON
Working remotely (from home). 4 months contract role
Payrate: $17.94/hr -$18.38/hr
Hours; 25 hours a week Part time
Requirements:
· Guide and educate advisors on effective lead management and outcome tracking inSalesforce.com, leveraging our existing email templates that provide self help direction on best practices.
· Assign leads to advisors across Canada - review client requests, assess needs, existing relationships and other requirements, determine the best advisor "match", gather information and position it in a way that will help the advisor make a successful connection
· Excellent customer service skills with professional telephone etiquette
· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask proficiently in a fast-paced performance driven environment
Qualification:
· College Diploma or equivalent
· MS office, Excel and Outlook
· 2-3 years of Administrative / Customer Service Experience
· Detailed oriented and organized
· Bilingual(asset)
