ABOUT THIS POSITION

Digital Extremes is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team for a 6-month contract. The Human Resources Coordinator will work remotely and will assist in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily administrative support to the Director, HR and HR team members
  • Researching and collecting data for various HR projects
  • Take on special projects as directed by the Director, HR i.e., assessing Digital Extremes Recruitment presence on Social Media
  • Data entry as required
  • Running Dayforce reports on a daily basis for the HR team
  • Support the recruitment process through posting positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and maintaining the database of applicants on Dayforce
  • Assisting with Digital Extremes Immigration Process
  • Coordinate mailing packages in support of employees during work from home
  • Coordinating employee swag orders with our different vendors
  • Other special projects as assigned by the HR Director

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, self starter who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance at times
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel is critical)
  • Familiarity with a HRIS is an asset
  • Ability to work remotely with the need to go into the office periodically as needed
