We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client, a leading insurance company, and top 100 employer in the K/W area.
We are looking for CSRs who have passion for customer service and strive in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment. In this role, you will be responsible for answering Group Disabilities claims inquiries via phone/e-mail and following up on services (health and dental insurance).
4 month contract
Waterloo location
$17.00 per hour
Rotating shifts between 8am - 8pm
Professional environment
Start date: ASAP
Extensive training provided
Temporary Workers placed through Randstad are eligible for preferred rates on health, dental, and life insurance. This Value-add program will provide temporary workers with a wide range of options to suit their needs.
Prior customer service experience required
Excellent communication skills oral and written is a must
Customer service approach is required
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Quick learner and comfortable with technology
