Job Description
LICENSED ELECTRICIAN
Our client, located just outside London, ON is currently searching for a Licensed Electrician to join their growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performing new electrical installations and checking schematics
• Installing, dismantling, moving, and aligning machinery and plant equipment
• Repairing and upgrading existing electrical installations and updating schematic to code.
• Programming all new PLC installations.
• Repairing and troubleshooting existing PLC installations.
• Providing input in the planning of new technology in the plant.
• Providing input for the selection and ordering of electrical components.
• Robotic experience is an asset.
• Lockout trained
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Licensed Electrician 309 or 442, High school Diploma
• Fall arrest and aerial lift training certificate is required
• Forklift experience considered an asset
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, prioritize & organize work load
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing safely and use all shop equipment proficiently
• Ability to interface with electronic devices (HMI)
Any candidates that have completed their apprenticeship hours and training and have only the Certification of Qualification to write and pass are also welcome to apply.
