Our Facility Services Manager supports RBC Place London’s vision and mission by providing guests
and associates with a safe, comfortable, and efficiently functioning gathering space.

Salary Range: $58,626 - $82,494/year

Job Description
Our Facility Services Manager supports RBC Place London’s vision and mission by providing guests
and associates with a safe, comfortable, and efficiently functioning gathering space.
Some of the areas our Facility Services Manager will oversee include but not limited to:
- Daily well-functioning physical building, which provides a great guest experience
- Preventive maintenance of all building systems and structures (mechanical HVAC (heating, cooling), structural, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, fire alarms, security systems)
- Monitoring building control and security systems
- Oversight of security contract
- Proactively planning for facility capital projects to maintain, enhance and enable growth
The successful candidate must have:
- Community College diploma and/or be a skilled tradesperson
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a facility team member
- Supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong guest experience focus
- Experience in a trade with recognized credentials an asset
