Agilus is recruiting for a Senior GraphicDesigner in Waterloo, ON.

 

Accountabilities:

+       Generate ideas and provide the creative flairthat will take our Marketing initiatives from good to great

+       Provide design consulting advice on how tobest execute on the vision of the key initiatives for the business

+       Work across customer segments to collaborateand provide design expertise to Digital Benefits Assistant pods executing on anintegrated business strategy

+       Create exciting and effective marketingmaterials for use across multiple channels, including video, digital and print

+       Take ownership of assigned design projectsfrom end-to-end including consulting, designing, working with digital or printrequirements

+       Develop relationships with internalstakeholders who support digital/print communications across the company aswell as select external vendors

+       Support development of digital communicationschannels, including but not limited to; videos, web materials, html emails,podcasts, mobile & tablet apps and social media tools

+       Research and develop design solutions inaccordance with budget limitations and identified project objectives

+       Provide design consultation on marketing andcommunications projects to help the team best meet project objectives whilemeeting the unique needs of end client audiences

+       Continuously identify opportunities to createadditional value, proactive with ideas and creative solutions

+       Ensure a detailed understanding of projectfiling and archiving protocols, following agreed conventions.

 

Requirements:

+       Post-secondary education in graphic designand/or digital design or motion graphics design

+       3 to 5 years of Graphic Design experience in acreative or digital agency or equivalent

+       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MicrosoftOffice, and other design/video software programs in a Mac environment

+       Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates video,digital and print executions

+       Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

+       Character animation

+       Experience in financial services sector anasset
