About the Opportunity

• Respond to customer inquiries, process orders and sell telecommunications services to residential customers (Internet, Cable/IPTV, Home Phone)
• Provide “Over the Top” customer service
• Build rapport and manage relationships with residential customers
• Respond to inbound calls and web inquiries
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns
• Use active listening skills to produce a high success rate of customer retention during customer retention calls
• Accept, enter and process customer account payments
• Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
• Analyze customer information, provide recommendations on possible improvements to products and services and offer long-term solutions to retain customers
• Work from the Woodstock location on shift rotations Monday-Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM
• Hold the keys to your own financial success with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission!

You Offer

• Basic computer skills
• A demonstrated successful past performance in selling and closing with preference given to phone sales skills
• Strong listening skills with the ability to recognize opportunities
• The ability to position service features and benefits, in order to successfully overcome objections
• Previous experience selling telecom or technology based products or services
• Previous experience in telecommunications an asset
• An upbeat personality and a positive, winning attitude!
• A desire to expand your knowledge of technology and the telecommunications industry
