Are you looking for a position as an entry level Administrative Assistant or Accounting Clerk role? Our client in the Waterloo location is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their exciting team.

This candidate would be responsible for:
- Assist with weekly timesheets and payroll functions using Quickbooks
- Process and prepare batches for Accounts Payable
- Matching invoices, data entry, invoicing
- Bank Reconciliations, reporting
- Ordering inventory fordrivers and other general office duties as required

Advantages

Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- 2 yrs+ experience with Accounts Payable
- Professional telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
- Able to prioritize, multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Intermediate MS Office computer skills including Excel
- MUST have their own transportation as locartion is not on a bus route
