Job Description
Immediate opening for heavy duty Cleaners for plant/office building in Stratford, Ontario Street area.
Full-time, permanent positions for dependable persons looking for a full-time work. Shifts to be determined based on your availability – could be days (7am to 3pm), afternoon shift (3pm to 11pm) or night shift (11pm to 7am). May include occasional work on weekends. Starting rates are $15.45 and $15.70 depending on shift. Increase to $15.95 and $16.20 after 60 days. Uniforms provided no charge.
Duties could include: clean floors using automatic scrubber, full clean of washrooms, canteens, entrances, offices, collect garbage & cardboard and remove to disposal area, cleaning and disinfecting touch points and other hard surfaces depending on shift. Health & Dental benefits providing single or family coverage. Training provided on safe use and operation of cleaning equipment (automatic floor scrubber).
We will require a telephone number where we can reach you to conduct a pre-interview before confirming an actual interview. Health screening questions will be asked.
All safety precautions will be taken to protect both you and our staff at the interview stage. Please do not attend an interview if you are sick.

- previous cleaning experience in an industrial setting
- previous experience with floor cleaning equipment an asset but will train
- good communication skills
- dependable persons able to report to work as scheduled
- able to follow instructions and complete all tasks as trained
- safety shoes and own transportation needed
