Our client, a premier construction and development corporation is currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team in Guelph! Things You Should Know 
 

• Track productivity, costs and progress on projects
• Monitor and provide job cost reports to management on active projects
• Supervise and coordinate tasks and activities of contractors and/or vendors to ensure satisfactory completion of works
• Consult with contractors and consultants to resolve day-to-day construction and design issues
• Maintain an up-to-date daily site log for material and resource tracking
• Monitor and inspect the work of contractors and/or vendors to ensure quality of work and adherence to project schedule

Can You Check These Boxes? 
 

• Certification in WHMIS, First Aide, and Fall Arrest
• Stellar blue print reading skills
• Five plus years of experience with High Rise Construction
• Superb knowledge of Health and Safety Knowledge
• Civil Engineering Technologist/Construction Technology Diploma or Degree
• Valid driver's license
• Be able to work a Monday-Friday schedule with some Saturdays required

Salary 

$80-90,000/per year depending on experience
