As part of the Maintenance Team, the Electrician reports to the Facility Services Leadership Team. The electrician is responsible for the maintenance and installation of electrical and related systems and building components at a variety of locations. The electrician will be familiar with Fire Code and Safety Regulations, provide cost estimates and prioritize work orders.
Qualifications: Current provincial Certificate of Qualification as a Construction and Maintenance Electrician and a valid Driver’s License. A Fire Alarm Certificate and experience with controls and public address systems would be an asset. 5 ½ years’ experience is required. (*Please ensure to provide proof of your current Provincial Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician with your electronic application.)
Rate of pay: $28.77 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
