Express is recruiting for to fill a 4 month Customer Service Representative position for our client in Woodstock, ON!  The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and administrative experience.  The successful candidate will be evaluated during the trial period for consideration of a permanent placement.

What’s in it for you?

• Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities of the job:

• Customer service, answering incoming calls and transferring as needed.
• Scheduling appointments for sales representatives.  
• Following up on quotes.
• Monitoring online platform answering chats and emails.
• Other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years administrative experience preferably in customer service or data entry.
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Exceptional typing and data entry skills.
