- Estimating material and labor costs for multi-residential and commercial flooring projects
- Procuring/tracking materials
- Preparing and submitting bids, following up
- Liaising with supervisors, designers, architects
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with local contractors
- 3+ years of estimating experience
- Must have previous experience with large-scale commercial or multi-residential construction
- Strong command of 'Section 9' of the Ontario Building Code
