StarTech.com is currently looking for a Senior Account Manager, Distribution to join our North American Sales team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
 
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Distribution and Business Development, the Senior Account Manager, Distribution makes an impact by having responsibility for the strategic growth of a book of key Distribution accounts to achieve profitable sales of the company’s products to targeted levels. This position will optimize and strengthen existing accounts by expanding the depth of cross-functional relationships between Startech.com and our partners while also acting as a conduit for customer feedback into the organization to facilitate continued improvement and increase revenue growth.  This position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and benefit package.

What You Can Show Us 

• Evidence of acting as a  self-motivated, independent and results-oriented sales professional with a history of executing account plans, meeting and exceeding sales targets while enhancing the customer experience
• 7+ years’ Account Management experience, ideally within channel sales in a B2B or B2C environment, plus applicable Degree/Diploma
• A history of effectively working across internal functional groups (Planning, Program Management, Marketing, Finance, etc) to collaborate and execute to customer expectations
• An understanding of distribution operations and logistics, specifically reducing dock to stock times
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• An ability to perform international and domestic travel
