HR Manager
We currently are recruiting for an HR Manager to be located at the Salford, Ontario Corporate Office south of Ingersoll on Highway 19. This position will report to the President.

Duties:
- Responsibility for the Ontario locations, approx.175 employees
- Oversee HR functions at the Manitoba location
- Working knowledge of applicable legislation and employment law
- Advise and guide management on employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinary and termination process
- Administer the performance review process
- Recruitment and selection including administrative recruitment processes
- Administer non-occupational leave of absences, return to work and required documentation
- Complaint resolution and conduct investigations as required
- Maintain existing policy and procedure interpretation to management and employees
- General HR administration and maintaining records
- Occasional travel may be required
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a related field and/or 5+ years relevant work experience working at a management level
- CHRP/CHRL designation an asset
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to comply to existing internal requirements, policies and best practices
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- An agricultural background would be an asset
- Flexibility to work the hours required to meet the needs of the role
