We are seeking a candidate for an Accounts Payable role in the Guelph Location.
This position is a direct hire with our client.

In this position you would be responsible for:
- Complete and match invoices for all customers (purchase orders / packing slips etc)
- Process reports utilizing the Internal Software
- Posting of invoice and journal entries
- Maintain payments and processing of invoices.
- Prepare weekly cheque runs
- Provide support for monthly reconciliations and month reports
- Supporting any customer concerns regarding billings
- Filing and recording of financial data

Qualifications:
- Previously accounting experience (accounts payable specifically) with a minimum of 3 years
- Great efficiency with MS office and previous experience working on an ERP Software
- Diploma in Accounting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organization skills
- Experience working in a fast pace environment
- Ability to adapt and change priorities, excellent communications (verbally and written) with great attention to detail
