Are you interested in learning how to Mig Weld? We are now seeking people who are interested in learning the art of Mig Welding. WE WILL TEACH YOU HOW! This is a contract to hire position located in Stratford. You will be engaged in the production of steel racking and assemblies, welding containers, and bins. 

The shifts are Days & Afternoon and no night shift work is required! There is an excellent opportunity to move and grow with-in this company! They have great benefits and training is provided!

Your Skills: 

• You have a Driver's License and your own vehicle to get there as there is no public transportation provided!
• You have a Team player spirit and are able to take direction and instructions well!
• This position will be a rotating Days/Afternoons position and you are able to work both shifts!
• You are a good listener and have an attitude and willingness to learn
• You have Steel toes and are ready to work and learn!
• You will need a bump cap if you are offered a position!
• The shifts run from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. You must be able to work both of these shifts on a rotating basis. 

 
This position starts at $14.00 an hour.
