Mobility Massage in London, Ontario is looking to expand into the Registered Massage Therapy area and have a list of clients awaiting the arrival of our new RMT - could that be you?

Our passion for what we do has led to this explosive growth and we are looking for some equally customer-driven and dependable RMTs to share in our success and further build the business. The ideal candidates will have liability insurance and be -motivated, flexible and collaborative team members -fully registered and in good standing at the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) -able to identify client treatment needs/goals [e.g. be that to treat painful ailment, decompress tired and overworked muscles, reduce stress, rehabilitate sports injuries or simply to promote general health]; maintain accurate case records, develop and deliver case-appropriate treatments, have excellent client rapport and be customer satisfaction-driven at all times.

Candidates can be experienced therapists [with existing, but not saturated caseloads] or new graduates: They can work part-time or full-time. In return, the successful individuals will receive a very competitive base/commission split for the services they provide, a steady new customer stream and a highly professional, flexible and team spirited working environment. Annual profit sharing [commensurate with their contribution to the success of the business] will also be considered. Mobility Massage will be responsible for all marketing activity, providing supplies and all operational and administrative costs.

**Due to COVID, candidates will be able to have a virtual first meeting over Zoom, if they feel more comfortable in doing so. Any potential follow-up meetings will be done in person, at the studio.**
