Business Development Executive

Due to continued growth, Riverside Millwork Group is currently seeking Business Development Executives to join their team in Waterloo and London.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and executing on strategies for new business generation, as well as existing account management.
Duties:
The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of previous Sales or Business Development experience, with a Diploma/Degree in a business-related field of study.

- Prospect for new business and convert opportunities into profitable business – must have HUNTER mentality
- Develop customer-centric relationships with new accounts
- Create and manage sales plans/activities
- Research organizations & individuals online to identify potential new leads and markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who the key decision makers are within that organization
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Strategize with team to develop qualified leads
- Develop and present proposals/quotes
- Achieve or exceed established sales revenue targets
- Update management on competitive activity
- Meet pre-established performance standards
- Contacting potential clients via walk-in, email, or phone to establish rapport and schedule meetings
