Job Description
As a proven industry leader, Toshont Power Products (TPP), established in 1993, is a Canadian distributor of Toshiba Industrial Electrical Products. Their customer focused and dedicated team have made them one of the largest and fastest growing Toshiba distributors in North America.
Prime Management Group Inc. is excited to partner with TPP as we search for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for Lead Generation, Account Management, and Territory Development.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Find and identify opportunities to sell products and services
- Build strong and successful customer relationships
- Monitor market conditions/competition/technology
- Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products/services to new and existing customers
Candidate qualifications:
- Solid and successful track record in selling to a similar industry and client base (motors and drives)
- Experience with new customer prospecting and following sales processes
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong math skills
