At TEAM Truck Centres, we require a Parts Customer Service Representative (PCSR) who is detail oriented, proactive, organized, and understands the value of our customer commitment ! As our PCSR, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service in support of the business of parts sales to the market, ensuring efforts are made to support repeat business. Your work will rotate through three work areas: back counter, warehouse, and front counter/order desk.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relations, handling inquiries, providing price quotes, selling parts, and delivering quality service and salesmanship on the phone order desk and front counter parts sales.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for purchases, returns, warranty coverage and other work as required.
- Cover and/or assist warehouse person in shipping product to both local and out-of-town customers utilizing appropriate shipping methods.
- Support the parts needs of the truck shop to meet work orders by looking up and billing parts to work orders; review work orders for accuracy of parts and modify as needed.
- Pick stock for customers as required; receive and input stock using electronic systems.
Position Requirements
- Previous experience in heavy duty parts/ service industry or related/relevant employment experience.
- Competent in common software programs with sound typing skills.
- Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a MUST.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
