Express SRG is recruiting for an Intermediate Accountant for a large construction client in London area. Reporting directly to the CFO; this role will be responsible for process improvement in the Yardi software

Responsibilities (Not limited to :)

• Posting adjusting journal entries; preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist Controller in development of new, efficient costing processes.
• Costing invoices from subtrades ensuring allocation to the proper contract, job and account.
• Assist with year-end review.

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of similar accounting experience;
• Post secondary education.
• Experience with Yardi is a must have.
