Responsibilities:
- Developing 3D and flat pattern parts to be nested on 2D cutting machines and 3D bending machines
- Determine where materials should be cut and nested
- Effective resource scheduling and ensure traceability
- Troubleshooting issues with parts and manufacturing process
- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC Programming experience
- Previous experience running and operating nesting CNC software
- Extensive experience with computer modeling 3D and 2D software
- Knowledgeable with reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
