This position is required as result of growth in our Managed Services Division.

JOB DESCRIPTION

PartnerIT is looking for a career oriented individual to join our services team.  Successful applicants must possess strong communication skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Having a passion for technology, dedication to customer satisfaction and great problem solving skills is a must.

• Perform full range of on-site printer maintenance and repairs including technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal.
• Print device setup including print drivers, scan to email, scan to folder, faxing.
• Customer satisfaction and courteous service.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to complete Vendor training requirements and keep up to date with new technology.
• Configure and install desktop systems, peripherals.
• Desktop, mobile device troubleshooting and support.
• Follow scheduled maintenance for client desktop systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS.
• Taking support calls and assisting in monitoring the support queue.
• Travel to client sites in Southern Ontario.

Qualifications and requirements

• A+ , PDI+ certification is an asset
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous field service experience
• Vendor certifications for Xerox, Lexmark, Kyocera, HP printer models is an asset
• University or College diploma
