Production Supervisor

Our client in Stratford is hiring for a Production Supervisor. They have a day shift and a night shift available. This company is a desired employer and a leading manufacturer of high-quality automotive parts.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve safety, quality, delivery and production requirements on a daily basis
• Provide direction, leadership and ongoing feedback to Production Associates
• Deliver solutions and support for process improvements and problem solving in the manufacturing process
• Teach and ensure 5S and Kaizen methodology to maintain a neat and orderly workspace
• Develop best practices to improve all department activities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in Food and Beverage or Automotive industry is ideal
• Must have high school diploma - post-secondary education is preferred
• Positive attitude, strong leadership and team building skills
• Good mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach
