Talentcor Tillsonburg/Woodstock is currently recruiting for a Permanent Licensed Electrician (442A) or 309A with experience as electrician in manufacturing environment. 

This position is for a very large automotive client in the Woodstock area.
Wage: $27.92 plus bonus opportunity.
Must be able to work 6 days a week with 3 rotating shifts

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving PLC issues
• Experience with robotics
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Fanuc, RS Logix an asset
• Understand and interpret schematic drawings and symbols as well as manufacturers manuals and specifications and logic diagrams for pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Understand PLC programming and interpreting ladder logic for troubleshooting, revisions or new equipment installations. Ability to upload, download programs and troubleshoot PLC hardware using laptop computer
• Knowledge of motor theory and VFD controls. Also ability to trouble shoot complete drive systems
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical devices for diagnosing faults

Skills and Requirements:

• Licensed Electrician (preferably 442A)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
