Responsibilities:
- Manage small engineering team, including ongoing coaching, ensuring all deadline and KPI's are met and leading by example
- Participate in custom engineering projects including R&D/innovation, value addition, and design of new products
- Oversee multiple simultaneous projects through entire life cycle, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Support technical service for customers after project completion
- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Professional Engineering License in good standing with PEO
- B. Eng in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
- 10+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience in an industrial setting
- Previous custom manufacturing design experience
