Express SRG is recruiting an HSE/HR Specialist for a construction client west of London. Reporting directly to the General Manager; this role is responsible for all safety/HR operations for the growing organization.

Responsibilities (Not limited to:)

• Develop and maintain an integrated health and safety system
• Complete Accident Investigation(s)and required documentation
• Administer audit; complete visits to work sites and conduct training sessions
• Review and submit required Health & Safety information as requested by Contractors
• Recruit on open positions and complete performance reviews
• Participate in the leadership meetings

Requirements:

• 2 plus years of HSE experience ideally from construction; some HR experience
• HSE certification would be ideal
• Driven personality; open for change
