Our Ask:
- Minimum 3-5 years direct client service role preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in the financial services or related industry
- Preference given to those with Canadian Securities Course
- You have an upbeat attitude and are passionate in delivering exceptional client experiences
- An astute listener of the spoken and unspoken word
- Curious and impactful communicator in person, on the phone and across multiple mediums
- Calm and focused even in challenging situations

- Detailed and proactive calendar management of all client appointments
- Proven reasoning and problem-solving skills

- Social media and technological expertise to plan, manage and participate in client and marketing events
- Dedication to excellence in client care and interaction with a sincere appreciation for fostering trust and confidence.
- Understanding the client, their family values, and priorities on a very personal level.
- Proactive regular client service calls, appointment scheduling
- Director of first impressions when clients meet in person at the office
- Assisting with client events, education series workshops, and marketing and branding activities
- Coordination with social media content and strategy
- Collaborating with team members with meeting preparation
- Coordinating team quarterly meeting activities and annual team retreat
