Prime Management Croup Inc. is excited to partner with TPP as we search for a goal and achievement-oriented Sales Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for leading the sales team in developing and implementing a sales strategy that centres on building exceptional relationships that will take the company to the next level in its pursuit of optimal customer service.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Find and identify opportunities to sell products and services along with the sales team
• Build strong and successful customer and sales team relationships
• Monitor market conditions/competition/technology
• Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products/services to new and existing customers

Candidate qualifications:

• Solid and successful track record in selling to a similar industry and client base
• Ability to take charge of lead generation and territory development
• Ability to manage new, existing, and key accounts to ensure excellent customer service
• Ability to develop a thriving sales team to help achieve and exceed goals
• Possess a strong work ethic and ability to maintain a positive attitude

Salary Range: $100k-$150k plus commission
