Team members will be trained to set up and operate a variety of machines in the first year of employment.

After a successful 3 months on the job, employees are added to the company benefit plan and will be eligible for wage progression. After 12 months, employees may be invited to participate in the profit-sharing plan.

Prior experience in production machine operation is an asset, but not necessary. However, basic fluency in spoken and written English and basic math are required, as well as the ability to handle repetitive lifting of various weights when unloading parts from the machine being operated.

Company located in east London, on a bus route.

Starting salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour based on prior manufacturing experience.
