They utilize cutting edge technology to ensure they always produce exceptional, high quality products.   On their behalf we are recruiting for a full-time, permanent MAINTENANCE CRIB ATTENDANT to join their MAINTENANCE TEAM.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and evaluates tool crib inventory levels.
  • Performs physical inventory and cycle counts.
  • Issues, receives, and stores MRO inventory items.
  • Completes counts on all consumable inventory items for accuracy as per cycle count process.
  • Tracks issues and maintains non-inventory repaired items.
  • Enters and maintains purchase requisitions and new stock item requests in SAP and CMMS.
  • Receives inbound material, verifying part accuracy, quantity, and quality.
  • Store’s material in an optimal location considering size and safety.
  • Disburses material required for kitting for weekend maintenance work and projects, delivers to the plant floor.
  • Performs daily cycle counts and analyzes inventory discrepancies.
  • Returns unused material from the customer back into the system and storage.
  • Inform the Maintenance Supervisor of any inventory discrepancies and damaged/defective material that would impact production.
  • Monitor high usage items and help to reduce costs.
  • Follow 5S- Straighten, Sort, Set in Order, Standardize, and Shine
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, work areas clean.
  • Various other related duties as assigned by supervisor such as opening containers & crates, preparing orders, inventory, etc.
  • Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, Human Resources policies.
  • Overtime as required.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Receiving and inventory management experience is required.
  • Forklift, overhead crane experience and/or a willingness to be certified.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites such as Excel and Word.
  • Able to handle multiple demands in a challenging and fast paced- team orientated environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently.
  • Ability to contribute effectively to any/all team efforts.
  • Dependable with the mindset of getting the job done.
