Our client in the Cambridge is hiring for Customer Service Agents. You must be able to work a variety of shifts, handle calls related to transportation and emergency driver issues over the phone in a 24/7 call centre environment.
DUTIES:
- Provides customer service for internal and external customers for the call centre
- Arranges for scheduled and emergency breakdown repairs and road calls
- Use of various computer and internet programs
- Investigation as to whether repairs are of a repetitive nature correct form of documentation and notification were issued, in the case of tires that the correct type and tread pattern were installed
- Verify all required forms are used and filled out accurately
- Preparation of invoices, once all steps are completed

Qualifications
- 1-2 years Technical environment is an asset (knowledge of trucking / automotive)
- 1-2 years Call Centre experience
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient with computers and database management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
