Are you a good communicator; both with your peers and the customer?

If you answered YES to these questions, then we want to hear from you.

Let me tell you about the role:
We work fast paced, but not at the expense of quality.  Attention to detail is important to ensure the job is done right the first time, eliminating callbacks and disappointed customers.  A standard work week for plumbers is 44 hours, however during peak periods, overtime will be required.  You will be working both outdoors and indoors, alone or as a team.  The work can be physically demanding; you may have to stand or crouch for long periods of time and lift heavy materials.  Regular communication with your team will be key to success.

Safety is our #1 priority, so consistently reviewing your work environment and working safe is a must.
You will be installing water treatment systems, repairing pipes, valves, fittings, drains and fixtures in agriculture, commercial and residential structures.  Respond, diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies as they arise.  Our plumbers cover a rotational On-Call schedule, as we provide 24/7 service.  Keeping accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used is imperative.
  • Must have an understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
  • Must have an understanding of plumbing systems, materials and equipment
  • Must have an understanding of most plumbing tools
  • Must have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must provide and pass a criminal background check

What do we offer?

We offer competitive wages, ongoing training, benefits, discounted products and services, educational support, uniforms, boot allowance, etc…  Need I say more, we will treat you with respect and integrity everyone deserves.
