Responsibilities: (Not limited to)

• Research and source Tender opportunities and review of drawings and specifications.
• Detailed take-off of individual scopes of work and scope summaries by Division/Specification.
• Correspond with sub-trades during Tender period and closing time while maintaining sub-trade database.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy and support management team with estimates for change orders.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of recent estimator experience is a must.
• Construction industry experience is a must.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Engineering Technology or related.
• Reliable transportation.
