We are and well established Property Management Company that have been in the business for 17 years.
We are seeking a Full Time Handyman/Handywomen in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. We offer our employees benefits and pensions, vacation pay 7.7% and starting wages $18-$20/hr

Responsibilities:

Framing
Paint touch ups
Drywall repairs
Trim repairs and installation
Tile repairs and installation
Crown moulding repairs and installation
Cabinet repairs and installation
Re-caulking of tubs and sinks
Sanding and patch work
Experience with PDI an Asset

Qualifications:

Must have 2 + years of renovation experience
Must have hand and power tools
Must have valid driver's licence and own vehicle to get to and from the work sites
Must have great finishing experience in framing, drywall, trim and patch work and more

We do not require full crews ,MUST have a valid HST number, Registered Business and a WSIB certificate
