Are you Bilingual in French and English?
Do you enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent Customer Service Skills?

In the Bilingual Client Service Representative role you will be responsible for answering business to business customer inquiries over the phone in both English and French in order to ensure customer satisfaction with the client's products and services.
Duties include:
- Answer customer inquiries about orders, warranties, quotes, and promotions
- Enter service orders, product orders, and warranties into our systems
- Enter customer complaints regarding services, products and billing issues
- Ensure fast turnaround times for customer orders, requests and resolution
- Provide basic product and technical assistance to customers
- Liaise with the Marketing team for French materials
- Participate in product launches/customer events when needed

Qualifications

- Experience in a customer facing role (ideally customer service or support)
- Able to speak and write in French in a professional environment is an asset
- Enjoys building relationships with customers and co-workers
- Experience resolving customer complaints and problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoys building relationships with customers and co-workers
- Bilingual in English/French is required
