Looking for several Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our growing client in Waterloo. Seeking for candidates with strong communication skills in English and French and customer service skills. Apply now if interested!
In this role you will be responsible for
• Providing high quality service to advisors and clients via telephone
• Handle high volumes of telephone inquiries within established productivity goals
• Handle sensitive issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Following up with customers when needed
- 1 Year contract
- Rotating shifts between 7am to 11pm Monday to Friday
- 1 Saturday per month (9am -5pm)
- Pay $19.50/hr
- Training will be provided
- Start date: Dec 8th
- Call centre setting
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Strong customer service skills and experience in call centre is a must
- Strong problem solving skills
- Financial/banking experience is highly preferred
- Willingness to learn and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to take ownership of a situation and accept constructive feedback
