Responsibilities

• Maintains product integrity by complying with applicable customer specifications
• Reviews and incorporates engineering team to design processes that optimize the balance between tooling and overall manufacturing costs
• Develops and evaluates manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and designing and testing manufacturing methods and equipment
• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow
• Work with a team on projects

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years minimum in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Auto Cad - able to draw tooling and fastener prints
• Knowledge of reading blue prints
• Knowledge of Excel and Access able to read production schedules
• Ability to work with subcontractor(s)
• Knowledge of Health and Safety
