Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all plant personnel, equipment, and production lines across several departments (incl. Quality, Engineering, Logistics, EHS, Manufacturing)
- Deploy resources in accordance with production commitments and annual operating plan
- Develop operating plans, budgets, and other plans for deliverables
- Foster a workplace culture that promotes excellence
- Support internal customer groups
- Implement and champion special initiatives (i.e. Lean, continuous improvement)
- Ensure compliance with government and industry regulations, as well as company policies
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in a Plant Manager role (or similar)
- Food/packaging industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Financial aptitude and analytical skills
