Job Description
On behalf of our client in London, ON, we are currently recruiting for a French/English Bilingual Marketing & Graphics Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Duties (include but not limited to):
- Produces files required for Marketing Communications
- Develops and secures approvals on electronic files required for print and digital reproduction
- Manage translations and develop and secure approvals on multilingual file versions
- Retrieves and archives files, photography and logos
- Constructs presentation materials
- Creates and maintains production standards as required by technology changes
- Investigates, proposes and implements technology initiative and software upgrades
- Manages LAN folder structure for department
- Manages font and logo libraries
- Manages FTP sites
- Completed university degree required; preference given to those with education in Graphic Arts/Visual Communication
- Proficiency with file production software for print
- Knowledge of Web development software programs
- Knowledge of typography, printing processes and the Web design environment
- Demonstrates the ability to independently handle assigned production projects and manage priorities and deadlines
- Basic level design skills
- Candidates must be fully bilingual; fluent in both French and English languages
- Starting salary $43,000 – 54,000, depending upon experience
