Project Coordinator

Our state of the art manufacturing and distribution facilities, located in St. Mary’s, Ontario and Calgary Alberta and Sunrise Warehousing Company 3PL Distribution Facility in Brantford Ontario, service clients with the mission of ‘providing the highest quality products with exceptional service and great value for its customers’.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for leading all product and process changes associated with all Solis / MexiCasa brands. This role works closely with the all teams and their customers to ensure the company is achieving growth through our strategic business plan and delivering against the needs of the client.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for leading all product and process changes associated with all Solis / MexiCasa brands. This role works closely with the all teams and their customers to ensure the company is achieving growth through our strategic business plan and delivering against the needs of the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends
- Lead NPR process and current item changes with follow up with all teams to ensure completion.
- Working on specifications for a new and existing products
- Coordinates product trials, reformulations, testing, preliminary product costing
- Provide assistance to the Sales team for business review reports when requested.
- Reviewing and analyzing sales results
- Complete and follow up on all retail new listing forms or updates.
- Responsible for coordination of all large food trade shows.
- Managing the development of marketing promotional materials for sales to effectively promote and sell the product
- Developing and executing advertising and promotional activities
- Follow up to all marketing related requests with Graphic Designer
- Completion of all customer requested sales and QA forms
- Price increase notification to Brokers and follow up with compliance and dates.
- Measure and report on consumer’s promotional programs effectiveness
- Evaluates new products and ingredients for use including assessment of competitors product offering
- Coordinates, collaborates and negotiates with other departments for product input, production time, packaging requirements as required
- Minimum University Degree, ideally in business administration/project management
- Minimum 1-2 years Marketing or Customer Marketing experience in CPG, or Foodservice environment
- Previous experience in the consumer package goods industry is considered an asset
- High level organizational Skills
- Process Management
- Project Management Skills essential
- Strong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills
- Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing, sales, quality and manufacturing processes.
