Our client in Waterloo Region is looking for 2 Warehouse Management System(WMS) Trainers to join their team on a 6 month contract. For this position you must have experience working and training warehouse management systems (specifically Manhattan, Dematic or similar). You must have excellent communication, strong attention to detail, patience, and extensive experience as a trainer, training using a variety of techniques, formats, simulations, exercises to engage all.
Qualifications:
Ideally 5-10 years of training experience
Experience with training using: instructor-led, eLearning, hands-on training...etc
Experience with WMS such as: Manhattan and or Dematic IQ Systems
Experience with WMS training including: training the Warehouse employees on new Warehouse Management System and procedural changes.
Experience with Warehouse training/industry
Experience presenting information using a variety of formats and techniques, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures
Experience providing training programs and using various adult training methodologies
Experience with adult education/training
Excellent communication skills as well as organization skills
Excellent computer and Microsoft office skills
Experience with WMS implementations very desirable
Experience and willingness to be flexible with shifts/hours.
