• Compensation: $21.60 per hour + 4% vacation pay paid weekly.
• Monday to Friday, day time hours.

• Manage customer sales trends and actions.
• Liaison between multiple internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Order entry into ERP system.
• Problem solving customer issues and building relationships.
• Engage customers on new promotions and collect feedback.
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 2 years office administrative experience and customer service required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bilingual in English and French

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience in a role of administrative assistant or logistics support.
