Our client in Waterloo is currently seeking a Product Support Analyst to provide support, advice, and insight into their Web-based applications to clients and partners around the world. This role involves a low volume of highly technical and complicated resolutions that can require research, anaylsis, scripting and lengthly remote support sessions.
The successful candidate with have a strong passion for a variety of technologies and experience supporting multiple technology platforms. You will need a strong willingness to continuously learn new technologies as well as possess excellent communication skills to support a global client base.
